I would like to confirm that I have worked with W & W Maintenance Ltd for the past 4 years on various aspects of work across the high schools. This ranges from total refurbishments of classrooms, office areas and staff rooms, roofing works large scale and remedial works.
W & W Maintenance supplied and fit 23 new internal doors and maintain our current door systems ie fire strips and closers. I have found them reliable at all levels and all staff come with certificated skills and enhanced DBS checks. I am more than happy to recommend them and give you a tour of works they have completed for me.

I was recommended to contact W&W Building and Planned Maintenance Ltd. from another head teacher and now I can see exactly why they came so highly recommended. Ben and Chris are an absolute pleasure to work with, so friendly and polite, and they’ll go out of their way to make things simple and easy, and to get the job done.
We initially had the team in to replace and upgrade the fascia and soffits around the school, as these were seriously showing their age. They carried this job out extremely efficiently and after that, one thing led to another and we kept throwing jobs at them we’ve wanted to get done for ages, but never gotten around to.
They installed new doors across the school, constructed custom built cabinets in our classrooms and even built a brand-new outdoor shelter for the playground. We then had them arrange a complete reconfiguration of our nursery entrance, to maximise space, construct a new office and prevent parents from dumping their prams in the entranceway. On Friday at 3pm the old entrance was there, by Monday at 9am, it had been completely transformed, as W&W had arranged everything to be carried out and completed perfectly over the weekend.
They’ll always go out of their way to help in any way they can, and I’m struggling to see now how we managed without them! We really cannot recommend them enough.

Ben and Chris from W&W renovated the pool changing rooms in our secondary school over the summer holidays 2024. The work was completed on time, and we are very pleased with the results. We recently had work done for a 2-year-old room for our school and I cannot thank W & W enough for their time and effort they put into getting the work ready for September after only being asked to do the work in July.
